With 10 years as a Registered Nurse and over three years as a top-producing real estate agent, Taylor Henderson brings a rare blend of compassion, organization, and high-level execution to the team. She serves on the leadership team at D.E. The Home Boss Group and as Executive Assistant, helping drive operations, support agents, and elevate the client experience. She is also an active leader within the Odessa Board of Realtors, a 2025 Odessa Under 40 Honoree, and a current board member of Basin Theatre Works.

Taylor is married to her husband, Dustin, and is a proud mom to one daughter and three step-children. She is currently pursuing her Master’s in Public Administration and Leadership at UTPB.
