Born and raised in Odessa, Texas, and graduated from Permian High School. He earned his bachelor's degree in marketing from the University of Texas Permian Basin while competing on the UTPB Men's golf team. Alek spent a year and a half working for Well Foam Inc. in West Texas before pursuing his passion for real estate.
