I believe that faith and family are the cornerstone of a fulfilling life, and as a dedicated husband to Tasha and a proud father of three amazing kids – Anaya, Atiyanna, and Adriyel – they are my driving force and inspiration. With over six years of experience in the real estate industry, I've had the privilege of serving as a Sales Manager for a local builder and now as a passionate Real Estate Agent. Throughout my career, I have gained extensive knowledge of the local market and a deep understanding of the real estate landscape.

Bernadette Heine - Executive Assistant
I bring organization, creativity, and a heart for service to our team. My background in real estate and business coordination has equipped me to wear many hats and support our team’s operations with excellence. Outside of work, I’m a devoted wife, mom to five, and granny to two. I love coffee, green tea, chocolate almonds, and finding moments of inspiration through writing. Above all, I’m rooted in God’s love and grace, which fuels my passion for empowering others.
Alek Sifuentez
Born and raised in Odessa, Texas, and graduated from Permian High School. He earned his bachelor's degree in marketing from the University of Texas Permian Basin while competing on the UTPB Men's golf team. Alek spent a year and a half working for Well Foam Inc. in West Texas before pursuing his passion for real estate.
Alex Ramirez
A proud U.S. Veteran with 25 years of dedication to ECISD as a teacher and coach, and 3 years of experience in real estate, Alex brings a wealth of knowledge, leadership, and community commitment to our team. He is supported by his incredible wife, Hilda Ramirez, who has been an MCH-RN for 30 years, and together they have two amazing sons, AJ and Brian Ramirez.

A proud West Texas native with deep roots in the community, Monique brings her passion for serving others and helping them find their dream homes. As an active member of Crossroads Church, she dedicates her time to serving and going on mission trips, reflecting her genuine heart for people. When she’s not helping families with their real estate needs, Monique loves spending time with her children, grandbabies, and family or soaking up the sun on her favorite beaches.
